Article 2 (Methods of Collecting Personal Information)
The Company may request personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver’s license number when users register to use the Services. In addition, the Company may collect user transaction records and payment-related information, including personal information, from affiliated partners (including information providers, advertisers, and ad distributors, hereinafter referred to as “Partners”).

A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged for disclosure.

- When disclosure may significantly hinder proper business operations of the Company.
- When disclosure would violate laws.
Information other than personal information, such as history or characteristic information, will generally not be disclosed.
Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)
Users may request the Company to correct, add, or delete personal information (hereinafter, “correction, etc.”) if the information held by the Company is incorrect. The Company will promptly carry out the correction, etc., if it determines that the request should be accepted. The Company will notify the user without delay whether the correction, etc., has been completed or not.
Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)
If requested by the user, the Company will investigate and, if necessary, suspend or delete personal information (hereinafter, “suspension of use, etc.”) that has been used beyond its purpose or obtained illegally. Users will be notified without delay whether such suspension has been implemented. If suspension is difficult or costly, the Company will take alternative measures necessary to protect users’ rights.
Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)
The Company may change this Policy without notifying users, except as otherwise required by law. The revised Policy will take effect once published on this website, unless otherwise specified by the Company.
